A large number of contacts between Lithuanian parties and foreign companies were made and facilitated through the project. The project also aimed at increasing the production and sales of organic products, mainly on the domestic market, but also for exports. The project led to a substantial increase in production of organic products. The project led to export of organic honey to Sweden. Generally speaking there have been big problems to develop the exports. The reasons for this are many: - lack of communication from the producers - unclear qualities and quantities - export price is not high enough - producers are not organised enough to co-operate around export projects.
